How to access your tickets?
The Organizing Committee has chosen a “100% digital ticketing”. You must have your tickets on your phone, in the’application Paris 2024 Tickets to download. On the other hand, if you have a phone «ancien»purchased more than three or six years ago depending on the operating system, you will not be able to install the application (and therefore neither present your tickets nor resell them). Where can I buy or resell tickets for the events?
The official ticket resale platform Paris 2024 Tickets has been open since May 15. On it, you can resell your tickets and in acheter. This is the only platform available, and the sale price is the same as the purchase price (with a tax for the seller and the buyer, however).

Are there any free trials?
Oui, some events are free. You can watch the triathlon, open water swimming (in the Seine, normally), road cycling events and marathon for free on the course. Only the places at the finish are paid. Where can I buy Paris 2024 merchandise?
By going to the official stores around the competition venues. As with any purchase within the venues, you will need to use a Visa card to buy a stuffed animal, key ring or T-shirt with the image of Paris 2024. There are also official stores in several places in Paris, such as Les Halles for example, on the Champs-Élysées or in the major train stations.

How to get to the competition sites?
Île-de-France Mobilités has set up the Paris 2024 Pass, at 16 euros per day during the entire Games. The organizers recommend arriving 1h30 in advance at the event locations and planning your journeys using the application «Transport Public Paris 2024»The editorial staff of Le Figaro has also gathered together all the means to get to each test site in the Île-de-France region.
Which stations are closed during the Games?
On the metro side, three stations will be closed until the end of the Olympic and Paralympic Games:
- The stop «Champs-Élysées – Clemenceau» (metro 1 and 13) until 08/11 and from 08/22 to 09/08
- The stop «Tuileries» (metro 1) until 01/09
- The stop «Concorde» will not be served until 01/09 by metro lines 1 and 8 and until 21/09 by metro line 12
On the tram side, three stations will not be served:
- The stop «Issy Gate» (Tramway T2) until 08/11 and from 08/29 to 09/07
- The stop «Porte de Versailles» (Tramway T2 and T3a) until 08/11 and from 08/29 to 09/07
- The stop «Colette Besson » (Tramway T3b) until 08/10 and from 08/29 to 09/08

Will public transport timetables and frequencies change?
The capacity of public transport will be on average 15% more important compared to the usual summer offer. The frequency is increased by up to 70% on metro line 9 and RER A and C, according to statements by Île-de-France Mobilités in March 2024.

How to get around Paris during the Olympics?
From July 15 to August 13, and then from August 22 for the Paralympic Games, the JO 2024 Paris lanes will create knots in the brains of many drivers. They concern 185 kilometers of roads in Île-de-France. Only the accredited vehicles or authorized ones can drive there. In case of non-compliance, drivers will receive a fine of 135 euros. I have a health problem, how can I get to the hospital during the Games?
The hospital offer has been expanded. 1,300 additional beds, in addition to the 38,000 already existing in Île-de-France, have been opened in the region.
